Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Standard shipping arrives in 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited options, where available, arrive in 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Orders over $50 ship free.

Tracking: You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Problems: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
